Welcome! My name is Joe Lepone and I have served as a higher education professional since 2013. In that time, I have demonstrated an aptitude for mentoring students, building strong, collaborative relationships, managing and supervising staff, and maintaining budgets.
I have progressive experiences in event management, student activities, leadership development, student organizations, and undergraduate admissions at various community colleges and four-year public and private institutions in Ohio and Indiana. I look forward to continuing to make an impact on co-curricular development of students in higher education for the years to come.
