Hello community. In Colorado I partnered with a few other schools and colleges across the state to start the Colorado Higher Education Basic Needs Coalition (CHEBNC) and we are getting stated with connecting community colleges up through large research universities together to learn how to do basic needs work across the state. Our ultimate goal is to lobby our institutions and state government to better support and fund this work to build more access and equity all all levels of higher education.
We are just starting out but I wanted to see if any other states or your institutions (I know Cali does this) are doing this type of work collectively?
Best,
