We are exploring new software and are looking at Mazevo and they shared that they have tools that can be used to manage staffing tasks and operations. We currently use 7PointsOps to assist with guiding our student staff. Does anyone currently use Mazevo to manage these items?

Hello! We switched to Mazevo about a year ago and we have been using the Tasks.  Itʻs a great way to let our students know that something needs to be done on a certain day/time. They can see it on their phone when they use the app and can "check" off that they completed it. We can go into the work log and see if they completed and when. These tasks do not need to be connected to an event - we use it for things like putting up banners or posters, cleaning storage areas, etc.   You can also assign a specific staff to a task.  Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi Jacy! Could you provide a screen grab or screen shot of what it looks like to assign a specific task to an individual staff person? This is something we have been looking into. 

I'm also wondering if you have to use two-factor authorization? We have to use DUO security, which sometimes makes our experience on Mazevo a bit different. Good experience still! But somethings just work a bit differently than campuses who don't have to use both a Mazevo log-in and the campus security app to confirm identity, so I'm just curious

So far we haven't noticed any problems using Mazevo and having to go through DUO.  What type of issues are you folks experiencing?   Our students use it on their devices but they sometimes don't let us know the issues.

Hi all,

I was reminded by our software lead that our pinch points were because you are not able to assign a task to a group of individuals (Building Managers) rather than not being able to assign (individual) staff.

I have a question about Mazevo as well.  We currently use EMS/7 Points. We use Social Tables links for diagrams.  Do these links show somewhere in the Mazevo Tasks for our setups crew to view?
