I am cross-posting here, and have submitted this on the accruent product forums as well:
We have noticed an issue lately, when opening a web request reservation template to a new date (i.e. extending the booking window) that for the first 10 minutes or so, all new requests come in as wait list, even though the requested space is available without conflict.
Process template settings are as follows:
Reserve Status: Web Request
Request Status: Web Request
Conflict Status: Wait List
Cancel Status: Web Cancelled - no charge
The issue mysteriously corrects itself after about 10 minutes, and all requests start coming in as web request.
Has anyone experienced this? Any ideas on how to troubleshoot? It is not isolated to a specific process template, but also has not happened each time we have extended the date window. 3 out of the last 5 times, with no apparent pattern.
Looking for any suggestions from the hive mind here!
