ACUI Open Forum

My campus is trying to define what academic use is as relates to academic space usage.  We are clear that all classes and department meetings certainly fall under academic use but are trying to determine what activities should be excluded from that definition.  One of the issues that we have ran into is that when we do have events in academic spaces, those activities rarely, if ever, make it on the larger campus radar.  Another issue is that we have off campus organizations coming on campus without following the proper process and procedures.  I am curious to know how other campus address this. <o:p></o:p>
