    Good Morning,
    Have any of you embarked on Customer Service Training for staff? If so, did you create an in- house program or work with an external company? Can you share? We want Senior Leadership to also be actively involved and the sessions to be in person.

    Hi Vickie - UIS has a membership to Academic Impressions and we have been using a lot of their customer service training videos and ideas.
