Communities of Practice Connections at Region 1 Conference

    Hello all! 

    At the Region 1 Conference in November of this year, we plan to host Communities of Practice tables and spaces for communities to connect on night one of the conference. https://www.acui.org/regions/i/region-i-conference

    Although not all Communities of Practice leaders may be attending the Region 1 conference to meet with members from Region 1, the conference planning committee wants to offer a space where Region 1 conference attendees can both learn about all ACUI Communities of Practice and also get to connected to the communities they are interested in. With that, our Conference Planning Team is seeking to:

    1. Provide a table/meeting space and collective meeting room for each Community of Practice so that all groups can connect in person.
    2. And set out a a sign-up list at each table so we can connect those that sign up with the communities of practice leaders & groups post-conference via email.

    With this plan we are hoping for more info on the below:

    1. If you are leader of a Community of Practice and attending the Region 1 conference- will you let me know if you are interested in hosting a table meeting/connection time for your community of practice night 1?
    2. If you are a member of a Community of Practice and attending the Region 1 conference- will you let me know if you can host a table meeting/connection time for your community of practice night 1?
    3. If you are a leader of Community of Practice and not attending the Region 1 conference- is there any information you would like our conference planning team to share/set out/offer to those that show interest in joining or connecting with your respective communities of practice?
