    Hello EMS Users!
    I found an interesting anomaly that I cannot seem to fix, and am hoping you all might have some suggestion. We use various everyday user process templates, but one of them has defaulted to "standard" set-up type, which does not exist for every room in that template. However, the option to select (none) as the default is not an option (see screen shot).

    Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this?

    Hi Jeff!

    We had a similar issue when we switched all of our rooms off of "reduced capacity" recently.  It caused some issues for our web requestors.  I was able to change the default to "(none)" for the time being - because it was available to everyday users.  There is a global setting in the webApp in which you make the setup type of (none) available to all buildings. 

    I am no longer an administrator for EMS, as we are campus-wide now.  Reach out if you don't know how to change that global setting and I will ask our EMS project manager to send some screenshots.
