I don't have any specific ideas, but maybe go creative and move away from the typical titles used in the field (Building Supervisor, Student Manager, Info Desk Associate, etc.). Maybe find something unique to your campus or organization, whether it's a direct connection to your school nickname, mascot, or colors or maybe a location or landmark on campus or in the greater community. Something to give your union and staff a little personality that'll stand out.
You could try "reception team" for a very similar title but differing name to avoid confusion with your campus partners. At our institution I have seen Student Desk Attendant (SDA), Information Center Assistant, Welcome Team, Building Operations and a few others that are more function-specific (e.g. Scheduling Assistant).
