    In the past few months, the student center has been working with our accounting team to review the elements of our budget. In our building, we are made up of about 29% student services, 15% third-party auxiliaries, 50% Public Space, and the remaining 6% is made up of programable spaces. We have been asked to review ways to be able to cover our costs via our programable space. Some of the expenses that the campus is asking us to cover include full costing/ PM&O, a bond on the building, and then the usual operating expenses of running the building.

    Can anyone send me your budget details to compare it with ours? If possible, can you share ballpark numbers of your budget line items as well as the number of students that attend your institution? Also, if you pay full costing/PM&O can you share the breakdown of what it includes?
