Greetings ACUI colleagues,
I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that like us some of you may be having difficulties attracting and retaining student employees this fall. Between rapidily escalating wages off-campus and on-campus academic expectations our students are deciding against on-campus employment in numbers we haven't previously seen. I'm curious if any of you use scholarship dollars as an incentive to attract and/or retain student employees? I feel like I've heard of the practice but I don't have any hardcore examples to reference.
Anything you might be willing to share would be welcome!
