Does anyone have experience managing, or hosting in their facility, escape rooms on campus? This idea was brought to us by a student, and I was curious if anyone has had these conversations or actually done it. Thanks!

Adam,  Middlebury College had an Escape Room last academic year, and it was highly popular, but challenging to find an appropriate space that could be dedicated solely for this purpose for an entire year.   We only  hosted it for one year because it was a special student driven project approved by the Provost Office, however if we could have found additional funding and space, I'm sure it would still be active. The project was totally student driven and operated with limited assistance from our Theater department for props and guidance from the Events Management Office as we were in the tail end of COVID, and it was necessary to have certain safety measures in place.   The room was open to students, faculty and staff, all of whom took advantage of the space to release stress, or as a team building opportunity.
