We have begun taking another look at some of the assessment instruments offered in the Skyfactor/Benchworks portfolio (see attachment).  I would be interested in speaking with anyone who utilizes / has utilized any of these in particular:

    • Union / Student Center Assessment
    • Union / Student Center Event Services Assessment
    • Student Organization Leader Assessment
    • Student Affairs Student Employee Assessment

We haven't participated in a number of years and I would love to connect with anyone who's done them recently to learn about some of the pros, cons, and lessons learned with regard to working with the instrument itself.

    Hi Joel,
At Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, we conducted the Union / Student Center Assessment this semester.  We'll get the full report this summer, but have access to the raw results already.  It's easy to deploy and manage.  We used the built in function to select random winners of university swag for completing the survey.  It's nice to be able to see the results as it is going on even though the full report won't be available for a few months (contains comparisons to other similar schools/unions).  The university can ask up to 20 of their own questions and we've used that to get some insight on some future ideas/wants/needs or ask other burning questions.  One negative is that the survey is long, especially when adding in the university specific questions. It does break down responses to whether or not someone has recently visited the union/center or not and then moves them to an appropriate branch of questions.

    Happy to chat/answer any questions.
