I currently serve as Chapman University's Rinker Campus Center Manager, housed within the Division of Student Affairs/Office of Student Engagement. I proudly engage in the rewarding work of building the leadership capacities of paraprofessional staff and students through trainings and programs focusing on emotional intelligence, identity development, Emerging Adulthood theory, and diversity/equity/inclusion/liberation promotion, towards the ultimate outcome of building safe and inclusive communities where students can thrive academically and personally. Drawing upon my professional experiences in both Academic and Student Affairs settings, I am passionate about bringing campus partners together across functional areas to enhance the student experience, while at the same time, bringing stakeholders' missions and values to life through innovative collaborations.
In my personal time, I enjoy all-things music related, camping/outdoor adventures, travel, baseball (go Red Sox!), and walking the dog (a fierce 8-lb Maltese/Yorkie Terrier mix) around the neighborhood with my partner.
