As Assistant Director in the Office of Student Leadership and Engagement at UNC Wilmington, I coordinate opportunities for students to engage in leadership development. I facilitate workshops, conferences, weekend retreats, and advise a student group for peer-to-peer leadership discussions. I also serve as Co-Lead for the Leadership and Service Education Community of Practice for ACUI.
