Hi Friends,
I am implementing our new student engagement platform system, Presence, at my institution. I have a few questions...
1. The campus is slowly accepting the new system, but there is a lot of hesitancy. What has your institution done to get "buy-in"? We will be conducting more training over the next few weeks.
2. We are creating training materials for the system; if you have any helpful examples, that would be appreciated.
3. We have 25Live, and it is not a two-way communication which is not helpful, so if you have the system, how is your campus inputting the materials into your event management system?
