Job Description/Position Description for Mid-Level Operations Staff

Hello,

I am looking for Job Descriptions and or Position Descriptions of mid-level operations staff.  This would include operations staff at the assistant director, manager, or coordinator level that supervise other full-time operations staff.  I would also welcome any salary ranges that can be shared as well with those JD/PDs.

We have one Assistant Director that supervises coordinators as part of her responsibilties.
I have attached her JD that we used in defining and hiring for the position.
If you have questions you can certianly direct them to Filip Pongratz or Alexandra Beynon, or I can certianly help.

We have lots of cordinators in our areas but tey don;t supervise FT staff - that;s part of what makes them not be Assistant Directors.
I'm curious to hear more about folks who have coordinators that supervise other FT staff and the 'grade' and salary differences between those positions.
