7 Point Solutions or Other Centralized System

Our department is currently using Google Drive and running reports through 25Live to conduct hourly building rounds, execute room set ups, and table deliveries. We are looking for a more centralized system that can incorporate our current processes. 

Is anyone currently using 7 Point Solutions that can provide some feedback on how they use the system and how they like it? Or is anyone using a similar program/software that works well for them? 

Any comments or feedback would be helpful!

Hi Chelsea - there were a couple of responses to a similar question last year here https://mycommunity.acui.org/discuss/viewtopic/111/936?post_id=1954#p1954. I give a bit more detail there in my response. I really like the product though. I believe for most people the cost/license is the biggest problem but in terms of function and how it allows our staff to navigate event setups without printing event logs, track what they have done on shift, submit round reports, alerts, and assigning additional tasks are the main points for me.
