Campus Labs Engage & EMS Integration

Hi All,

We are looking into integrating our Engage Platform with our EMS system so that student leaders have the ability to view spaces available to be reserved as they plan their events. I am wondering if any users of both platforms have had success with this?  Our IT folks have some concerns about the EMS API and user authentication. Any info or thoughts would be helpful.

Our campus activities folks use Campus Labs Engage.  When they were working through the implementation of that project it was determined that the two programs couldn't be integrated.  I'm sure that you could use the API but mostly to get what events were already scheduled.  I'm not sure about what spaces are available to reserve.  EMS API does have a read only option but it doesn't sound like that is where you want to go.

I'm not sure if anyone else will have more to share but I would agree with sending this to the Technology Community of Practice.
