Sustainability CoP in Anaheim! Please read & post a reply with how you'll be involved & supporting!

Hi all - in case you missed the last couple of posts- here is all the info for the Sustainability CoP for Conference and general updates! PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH AND REPLY to the post!  We need everyone to support our events & share the word! Thank you & can’t wait to get our community together in Anaheim! ~Krista

Greetings Sustainability CoP friends~
Krista Harrell, here again.
As you know, I currently serve as you co-lead along with Charlotte Bonner.  You're invited to join in on all of our Annual Conference activities in Anaheim!  I'm excited for us to connect and continue to develop our community.  

Please check out all the details below - some I need assistance with (& an RSVP reply to this post) & some I hope to see your wonderful faces, come together, and learn from each other!  Again, please read all the way through and post a reply with what & when you might be able to assist!  Mark your calendars! Also look out for Ed Sessions related to Sustainability and go support them!  The schedule is posted on the ACUI website under "Events - Annual Conference".
  • Community of Practice Fair - Thurs., March 22nd 4:45 - 5:45p, location TBD
  •  Help needed to staff our CoP table
  • Reply to this general post with the time shift you can do. The more, the merrier & all help is appreciated!
    • Thanks to Eve, Corbin, & Andrea for replying that you can volunteer & support for our table at the Community of Practice Fair table on Thursday, March 22nd from 4:45-5:45pm.
      Here is the schedule thus far. Reply to this post with the time shift you will volunteer. Again, the more, the merrier & all the help is appreciated. 
      -4:15-4:45pm - set-up 1st shift (2-3 needed) [if anyone has ideas for table decor, share in your reply. Thinking fresh flowers, our seed packet giveaways, and fresh fruit].

    • Our annual community meeting to network, share updates, recruit for a new leader, and plan for the next year!
    • Agenda items - please post a reply with any items you'd like discussed or have to share.** 
      • Plans for the year
      • Leadership - interest in leading as chair/co-chair (nominate yourself or a colleague!)

    • We do not have formal meals this year so want to see if you all are interested in a social time together AND if someone is interested in coordinating this activity!!
Now that you're as excited as I am, please remember to reply to this post ASAP if you can assist with the CoP Fair Thursday and/or the Meeting Saturday afternoon.  Let's show them how awesome our CoP is when we come together!! I hope to meet as many of you as possible and support your ed sessions! I'll be in Anaheim on Sunday night, 3/18 . Thanks to Mary Edgington for signing up to work the CoP Fair table from 4:45-5:15pm.

We are in the final countdown to conference time! Here is the schedule thus far. Reply to the post with the time shift you will volunteer. The more, the merrier - all the help is appreciated. We will have bike seat covers & seed packets to giveaway. Also let me know if you want to gather for social time & if you have a meeting agenda item.
