Quick Straw poll - scheduling office staff count vs. meeting and event count

Hi All  - looking for a quick anecdotal benchmark
  1. How many full time staff, part time staff, student employees work in your scheduling office - include those who input schedules as well as anyone who's job is predominantly consulting with student orgs on event scheduling and planning.
  2. Roughly how many meetings/event are handled by this staff annually
  3.  - bonus question if you have time  - do you have a staffer that works as a go between for student orgs and the scheduling office? What is the structure/ function?
Thank you!

We have 3 full time staff and 5 student employees within our scheduling office (Event and Meeting Services), and we use EMS Enterprise.  Our scheduling team assists with reservations for the Memorial Union, Student Pavilion, and our Mall tabling/outdoor program spaces.

We hosted 15,291 bookings in all of the spaces we manage in 2018, and it breaks down to 64% department and 35% student organization events.

We do not have a staff person that assist with student organizations, however we do have a Student Organization team that does provide training and information about the event planning process for the university.
