Managing Room Holds Using EMS

At Davidson College we are interested in how EMS client schools manage the practice of requestors reserving multiple spaces far in advance (many months) and holding them for a long time as they try to finalize the details of an event like a speaker, conference, or concert. 
    • Do you utilize existing EMS features to identify these holds?
    • Do you have any policies or procedures regarding holds to prevent or discourage them remaining on the calendar long after the requestor has chosen a specific date?
