Fundraising and Acitivity Policy

Hello ACUI, 

Here at UW Bothell we have a fairly new Student Union called the ARC (Activities and Recreation Center). We have been open for about 3 1/2 years and serve a community of students less then 10,000. I am looking for some input and idea of what you all do regarding Fundraiser and Policies around activities. 

My two questions are:

1) Do you have a fundraiser policy within your complex? And If so, is there a different policy for student clubs vs. campus fundraiser vs. external groups. 

2) Do you have any policy or procedures (best practices) for the types of activities that can take place within the Student Union. IE: Indoor drones, physical activity (such as throwing items) etc.
