Hello everyone,
Brian Rodgers and I are going to host an open chat session to discuss virtual events and the technology involved for events this coming year. This session is really about creating an open dialog so that everyone can share what plans that you have in place for the fall. Some of the content we hope to cover is:
- What setups are people using to accommodate Zoom into their spaces?
- What are your (audio, video, closed captioning, and setting up in remote locations) solutions for this fall?
- We would love to have everyone provide an equipment list with pricing for others to consider.
- What cleaning strategies do you all have in place for your tech equipment?
