I am curious about how others have worked with tenant agreements in your student union space (banking, retail space, hair salon, and the like). Are square footage rates assigned internally, or does your university have a standard to follow on these rates? Does the revenue from these agreements come back to the student operation? I would sincerely appreciate example documents on how these agreements have worked at your institution - is it a monthly charge back or quarterly charge back? What are some of the lessons learned in developing these?
