Hello All!
We recently did a usability study on our unit's website and one of the pieces of feedback we received was that users were unclear on who was eligible to reserve space. As a result, we are rethinking how we share that information.
Does anyone have any definitions of users that they would be willing to share?
I'm looking specifically for university department/unit, registered student group and off campus (external) clients. I appreciate your help!
