Greetings ACUI Community,
Hope you are all doing well! I now oversee our Intramurals program that our institution re-activated this past spring semester. I am reaching out if anyone here has any tips or pointers on how to run a successful intramurals program. We utilize the IMLeauges service for all our coordination and I am comfortable with that side of things. We are a smaller institution that is overall trying to get more involvement/commitment within the program itself. It was a pretty strong program before COVID and when we had our full athletics department as they made up over 60% of the rosters.
